How will my package be delivered?
All packages are delivered by EMS or FEDEX. Couriers deliver between Monday and Friday. Express service is not available on weekends.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Free shipping if your order is over $1000. You will pay $10 for standard shipping on any order under $1000 in total.
How long will it take for me to receive my item?
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will deliver it to the courier by the end of the day. This means you will receive your order within 15 days.
If the item you ordered is not in stock in our store, it will take about 3 weeks for it to be delivered to you if the item is in stock at our supplier. If this is not the case, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
How do I know the delivery time?
Once the order is ready to ship, you will be given a tracking code that will give you an estimated time of arrival. For bulky items, we will notify you as soon as your order is ready and schedule the most suitable appointment according to your schedule.
If I buy multiple items, will they be shipped together?
If you order more than one item, we will do our best to ship all items together. We like to think about the environment, so if you're not in a rush to buy a specific item, we'll ship everything in one go (unless an item has a very long delivery time) once we have a full order ready.
